   Risner Fitness and Sports Complex  

The Risner Fitness & Sports Complex hosts a variety of fitness and sports activities!
  Open 24-hours a day/7-days per week.  This full service complex is home to the Risner Fitness Center, Risner Juice Bar, O'Conner Gym, MacDonald Stadium Track, Kadena Tennis Center, Risner Sports Pro Shop, and Four Diamonds Softball Complex.  Additionally, Risner offers special fitness & sports events/activities, incentive programs, intramural sports, group exercise classes, personal training services, massage therapy and martial arts practices.
  Risner Fitness Center also houses 3 basketball & 3 racquetball courts; multi-purposes rooms; and over 900 daily use lockers, a sauna, and showers facilities.

Air Force Sports Programs
The Air Force Sports Program (AFSP) is designed to allow active duty, National Guard and reserve Air Force personnel an opportunity to participate at the Air Force, Armed Forces, national and international sports events.
The AFSP is comprised of 15 different sports.

DVD Workout Programs Available
  These programs will be self-directed, self-paced.  Prior to participating, please ensure you adhere to the disclaimers on the DVD. Use two of our TVs located in the aerobics room during non-scheduled group exercise times. Workout DVDs are available for checkout at the Front Desk.

Active Parenting Room
Available for parents and children ages 5 and under.
Equipped with cardio machines and a children’s play area that includes age-appropriate toys and a flat screen TV with a DVD player.

Basic Strength Training Class
Tuesdays • 9 to 10 a.m.
This free class is designed as an equipment orientation for beginners in strength training work outs. Featured disciplines are proper workout attire, proper lifting techniques, and how to adjust selectorized resistance training equipment.
