Please use the below KTSU Calendar and Course Descriptions to schedule classes for your employees.

  One of the training requirements for all FSS members is to attend the Mandatory Customer Service Training.  If you have never attended this training, please contact your Training Scheduler or our office directly in a timely manner for reservations. For those who miss their training, the absence is reported to their respective Flight Chiefs so that they can attend Phase classes as soon as possible.

  If you are an activity or a section manager and you do not have a designated training scheduler with KTSU currently, we ask that you appoint someone from your activity as soon as possible (usually this is your payroll person since he/she handles your employees’ schedules). This person will act as the POC to make reservations with our office and notify employees of training date/time/place. Once you have appointed the scheduler, please have that person contact KTSU so that we may add them to our contact list. We can be reached at 634-4583. We appreciate your help and coordination on this matter.
